Overview
Working in-house in KPMG Malaysia, I oversaw national brand consistency across all Malaysian branches, ensuring every visual output aligned with global standards while maintaining local relevance.
Challenges
Beyond design tasks, projects outside the department’s scope were often redirected to our team. I streamlined these processes by defining clear task ownership and initiating proper workflows, while maintaining creative quality within strict brand guidelines.
Scope
I managed a full spectrum of creative deliverables, from corporate reports and e-magazines to festive packaging and event materials. The role also encompassed end-to-end print production, vendor coordination, and in-house photography support.
Achievements
I introduced proposal templates, written guides, and an internal image library that improved workflow efficiency by 75%. The refreshed creative output earned strong internal recognition, enhancing engagement and supporting key business pitches.
Annual Dinner Collaterals

Some of the characters on the comic wall were based on the staff. Certain visuals have been adapted or simplified to protect confidential information. Designs were created as part of professional engagements and are shown here solely for portfolio presentation.
Dragon Lantern Contest Winner

Inspired by themes of triumph and renewal, I designed a dragon emerging victoriously from the gates of Heaven, symbolised by the rising sun. Each participant received a blank white lantern base to bring their own creativity to life on the provided template. The design was awarded first prize, celebrating both its symbolism and craftsmanship in a shared expression of artistry and storytelling.
Vibe Interactive e-Magazine Series
I worked with another designer for the interactive e-magazine. My part included producing the e-announcement, covers, and latter half of the Vibe e-Magazine series, with each cover manually composed and edited to create a cohesive visual narrative.
