Duke Rian Icons
Overview
For a freelance project, I created a playful emoticon set featuring Malaysian slang and fruit characters — Duke Rian, a durian aristocrat, and his friend, Mangosteen.
Scope
The freelance work included 16 stickers, 2 icons, 16 thumbnails, and a banner, all built around culturally resonant character design.
City Mile Dash 2013
Overview
In-house at Cancer Council NSW, I designed custom-drawn icons and graphics to support campaigns, interactive forms, websites, and social media.
Scope
At Cancer Council NSW, my role covered icon design, graphic design, campaign ads, EDM templates, event websites, and social media graphics, along with mentoring design interns.
I created a custom set of thermometer icons for the fundraising website of the City Mile Dash event. Each increment of ten was individually drawn to support the site’s interactive donation tracker and enhance user engagement.
