Be'I Coffee

Overview
BE’I was developed under a fast-paced timeline to equip the client with a strong brand identity for their investor pitch. The visual system emphasised professionalism and future growth, and was later expanded into event packaging for a collaboration with Affin Bank.

Challenges
The main challenge was delivering a complete identity package within limited time, while ensuring the designs carried both polish and impact for investor presentations. Additionally, the outsourced mascot concept by another designer did not align with the client’s vision, requiring me to refine and adapt it to gain approval.

Scope
Freelance under ysFaye. The project covered logo design, 3D mockups, copywriting, product design and photography, mascot design, and pitch deck design.

Achievements
The branding enabled the client to present a strong, cohesive identity to potential investors, while my modification of the mascot secured first-stage client approval.

Logo Concept


BE'I Coffee Cup

BE’I is a beverage brand whose logo integrates a thumbs-up symbol, representing optimism and future prospects, along with a drink sign. The name “BE’I” also means “cup” in Mandarin, reinforcing the brand’s concept of connection through drinks.

BE'I Robot Mascot

Beibei is a futuristic robot created to be the brand’s lively and music-loving companion. With human-like expressions, playful stickers that cover its wear-and-tear, and the hopeful catchphrase “Believe in the future!”, Beibei reflects both resilience and optimism. Designed with a strong link to BE’I’s recycling initiative, the mascot embodies a futuristic yet approachable personality and will debut to engage audiences at launch.
