Overview
As an in-house graphic and web designer at UCSI Group, I worked across a wide range of brand and communication projects, collaborating with different departments to maintain consistency and deliver impactful design.
Challenges
A key challenge was achieving consensus among multiple stakeholders, which ultimately prevented the rollout of a full brand guide. Aligning diverse expectations while keeping designs on-brand required constant adaptability.
Scope
I managed several projects simultaneously, spanning print, coding, social media, gazette and newspaper ads, and more. This included e-newsletters, UI design, and contributing to the university’s transition to responsive HTML5 across 12+ webpages.
Achievements
My work was commended for its creativity and innovative approach to design, with recognition across projects. My efficiency, proactivity, and attention to detail helped prevent unnecessary costs and errors, while my contributions to the UI transition strengthened the university’s digital presence.
