
Overview
The client commissioned a full packaging design for four granola flavours to debut at an expo and for retail sale. The goal was to create packaging that stood out in Malaysia’s market by combining natural imagery with handcrafted appeal.
Challenges
The main challenge was to elevate the brand using a pre-existing logo and limited assets, while balancing aesthetics with production feasibility. This required close attention to detail, especially in proofreading and print preparation.
Scope
I designed four distinct yet cohesive packaging sets, incorporating both custom illustrations and product photography for a personalised, artisanal look. The project also involved proofreading and adapting the copy while ensuring consistency with the client’s existing logo.
Achievements
The final designs were chosen over an alternate designer’s version for their originality and market-ready appeal. The client’s positive response and preference for my work reinforced the success of the creative direction and design execution.
